Sep 15, 2013 I use Eclipse for C and Xcode for Objective-C/Cocoa Libraries. Although Xcode is a beautiful IDE, but it's really designed for developers to take advantage of the Cocoa libraries and other platform-specific documentation. I am here looking for suggestions on which C IDEs to use on my MacBook Pro. I tried using Visual studio code but was immediately put off because I didn't find it very user friendly. Next I tried to setup Eclipse with CDT and tried running it in Debug mode but hit a brick wall and gave up after spending several hours trying to fix it.
