  • I’m new to digital DJing and working on an entry-level set-up. I’m really interested in the 23C as a mixer and am considering it as a substitute for going with a Traktor Z2 mostly to save some $$. However, I’m wondering if I’ll still be able to utilize the remix decks in Traktor Pro with the 23C or should I be looking for a 4 channel mixer? I’m a little confused and any input is appreciated. Thanks!!

    So you want to use Traktor Scratch for this?
    What should the setup look like?

    Clearly neither the Z2 nor the 23C are beginner gear.

    If you’re looking at entry level gear for Traktor and want to use remix decks you’re better off with an S2.

  • My setup is 2x Reloop 7000 TTs, Pioneer DDJ-SX controller (the built in mixer is standalone), a couple of different budget mixers and I have RekordBox DJ, Serato and Traktor installed.

    I recently got a Kontrol X1 MkII to play with so I’m looking for a mixer to use it with, and ideally I’d rather have a mixer with a built-in soundcard rather than another piece of kit. Cupid sam cooke free mp3 download.

    So two questions:
    -Will the Xone 23C work with Traktor software and the Kontrol X1 without an additional soundcard?
    -Will the Xone 23C with with Traktor DVS without an additional soundcard?

    No it wont.
    Native Instruments has stopped the “Traktor certified” program as of this year and hence no more hardware that is non NI will be supported.
    The X32c is actually made for Mixvibes Cross and comes with an LE version of it.
    You can of course use the X23c with Traktor, however not with the built in soundcard, you would basically use it the same as the X23 (that has no soundcard) and plug it into an NI soundcard like the Audio 6.

    So no to both of your questions.
